How does The Big Leagues work?
 

Big prizes, lucky tickets and hopefully a very happy you. Here’s how it all works.
 

The Basics:
 

• Limited tickets. Unlimited daydreaming. Every draw has a fixed number of tickets, and we’ll show you how many.

• The draw goes ahead, even if we don’t sell out. No minimum ticket sales, no extending the deadline because we haven’t sold enough, no shrinking the prize.

• Every ticket gets a fair shot. Our computerised system picks the winning ticket at random. Every valid ticket has the same chance of winning the main prize.

• Win on the spot. If this draw includes instant wins, every ticket gives you a chance to bag a prize straight away. Any instant-win prize will be credited to your account there and then—no waiting for the main draw!

• Play for free. Earn more chances. Our Free Prediction games let you earn draw credit or free entries! Credit is applied automatically when you buy tickets, with exactly the same chance of winning. Free entries need to be applied by you—just choose which eligible draw you fancy.

• Your cash. Your call. Any cash you deposit or win goes into your wallet, and we offer instant withdrawals up to £100. It’s your money—keep it for another draw or withdraw it. You decide! Draw credit and free entries are separate from your cash balance.

• You can enter by post, too. There’s no entry fee, just your postage. Follow the postal entry instructions, include all the details and make sure it reaches us before the deadline. Postal entries get the same chance in the main draw as paid entries.
   

Got the winning ticket? Nice. Here’s what happens next:
 

• We’ll email main-prize winners within 24 hours of the draw. We may give you a call too, so keep your details up to date. And check your junk folder—we’d hate for your big moment to end up next to a dodgy discount code.

• We may ask for ID to check you’re you and that you’re 18 or over.

• Then we’ll sort out your prize with you. Tickets, trips, shiny new things—we’ll explain what happens next.

• Won cash? We’ll credit it to your wallet once any required checks are complete.

• Prefer a cash alternative? Where one’s available, we’ll say so on the draw page. Some prizes, especially event tickets and experiences, don’t have one.

• You’ll have 30 days from our notification to claim your prize, unless the draw page gives an earlier deadline for something time-sensitive. After that, our unclaimed-prize terms apply. Basically: don’t leave us hanging!
   

We’ll announce the results after each draw. And if you fancy sharing a photo of yourself enjoying your prize, we’d love to see it—we’ll always ask before sharing it ourselves.

We’re a full member of the Prize Competition Council and a signatory to the DCMS Voluntary Code of Good Practice for Prize Draw Operators. Fair draws and clear rules are part of the deal.
 

What if something changes?
 

Occasionally, something outside our control—like an event being cancelled—might mean we have to cancel a draw. If that happens, we’ll let you know and refund everything you paid to enter that draw.
